Hi I just got my new puppy from a reputable breeder in Pennsylvania. I live in New York so it was about a 3 hour drive. I took him out for a little to relieve himself as well as by him a new harness and treats. On our way back home he started breathing really heavily and then panting opening his mouth for a few seconds and the closing it. This really worried me.
