My dog has extreme food and environmental allergies I want to give him probiotics but not sure which one would be best considering his allergies. His on prescription dog food and I don't want to make his allergies worse
Forti-Flora (made by Purina) is approved for use in pets with food allergies. Although it is beef-flavored, the flavoring is made from a hydrolyzed protein that cannot trigger any allergic response - so this is my usual "go-to" probiotic choice for a pet with allergies like this.

I'm looking for a high quality supplement to add to my dogs food, have you ever heard of Dr. Jeff's Optimum canine care? If so do you think it would be a good one to use? If not could you please recommend one?
I am not familiar with Dr. Jeff's products. So sorry. I'm not really sure what you are looking for in a supplement? An immune system booster? Just a vitamin? Probiotics? Skin/Coat health? Joint health? In your option, what is the best joint supplement for dogs?
My personal preference, completed unrelated to Boop by Petco or Petco, would be Cosequin ( http://www.cosequin.com/dogs/ ) or Dasuquin ( http://www.dasuquin.com/en/products/#dog ). Both are made by Nutromax Labs.

The experts here on the forum at Boop by Petco do not work at Petco stores and I don't think anyone would have knowledge of inventory at local stores. I cannot find this particular product on the Petco website. It's possible that it's available at your local store and you could try giving them a call. I am sorry to hear about your problems with Bell! I have had some owners find the product Glandex to be helpful (though not all) so that is worth a try. Others have found probiotics such as Fortiflora or Prostora, or Omega fatty acid supplements to be helpful.
