I am not familiar with Dr. Jeff's products. So sorry. I'm not really sure what you are looking for in a supplement? An immune system booster? Just a vitamin? Probiotics? Skin/Coat health? Joint health? I would recommend this one for Immune health: https://worldtails.securevetsource.com/itemView/view/198944_HomeDelivery.pml?productId=133838 Pet Tabs are the tried and true multivitamin for dogs. It has been around for a long time. Excellent company and product with no previous issues. Cost effective. Very palatable so dogs like it. I use it with my own dogs. https://worldtails.securevetsource.com/itemView/view/198944_HomeDelivery.pml?productId=100461 I hope I answered your question. If you would like to post again with more specifics as to what you are looking for we may be able to help you better.

Dasuquin with MSM or Cosequin DS (both by Nutromax Labs) are my personal preferences. Pet Tabs have been around forever and are also a favorite of mine. You can search petco.com for these products or purchase them from your veterinarian.

I'm so sorry to hear that Wesson has degenerative myelopathy (DM). It is a horrible disease that we see far too commonly. There isn't any treatment that is proven to slow the progression of DM other than regular exercise. That being said, there are some recommendations for diet and supplements. The most common protocol that people have used is Dr. Clemmon's DM diet and supplement recommendations. I am attaching a link to his website below. http://dog2doc.com/neuro/DM_Web/DMofGS.htm He recommends a LARGE number of supplements which I think is too much for most dogs and clients to handle, so I will usually try to find a good quality antioxidant and multi-vitamin to add to a homemade diet. I love the company VetriScience. Their product Cell Advance is a wonderful antioxidant. https://www.vetriscience.com/index.php?l=product_detail&p=900722120 Their multivitamins are also wonderful. I usually recommend Canine Plus Senior for older dogs which I do not believe has any chicken ingredi

A good quality essential fatty acid supplement, such as DermCaps or EicosaCaps, will promote healthy skin and coat. A quality multi-vitamin such as Pet Tabs, VetriScience tabs or NuPro can be added to a quality diet. Recommended joint supplements include Welactin, Dasuquin or Cosequin. The most important factor is to keep Mila lean and active. Obesity and inactivity will negatively impact her life and may shorten it. Regular veterinary care, especially echocardiograms when she is older, may identify any conditions early.
