She poops twice a day i.e. morning & evening. Sometimes at night. But today she hasn't pooped till now. She has taken her daily meal. Only she urinates thirce today. Do i need to worry?

german shepard benn throwing up for a day. no food or drink for a day.

yesterday i gave my puppy several things in one day. that includes some rice in afternoon, some biscuits, pieces of apple. he ate some green pees too. now from night he is acting different. he slept the whole night which he never does.he gets up at night atleast 2 times. he is sleeping very much today and is a bit lethargic during playtime. he wants to play tho. he is eating lesser. no diarrhea or vomit.

He occasionally will not eat or drink anything during days. It can range from every other day to once a week, so it's really kind of random. It also can range from eats a little bit doesn't drink, doesn't eat or drink, or drinks a lot and doesn't eat. Is this a cause for concern? He also vomits a lot.
