I suggest you apply this wound spray 3-4 times per day. If that doesn't help within a few days then he needs to see a vet. Also, monitor him closely to be sure he is urinating OK. You can use some Bag Balm on affected areas. There are sunscreens made specifically for pigs and livestock but you can also use a high SPF sunscreen for humans. Sullivan's Sun Guard is a popular sunscreen for pigs. Provide plenty of shade when she is outside or avoid going outside during the hottest part of the day.

You should only give your pigs antibiotics for a medical reason diagnosed by a vet. Then the length and frequency of dosing will be determined by the severity and type of condition. Usually it involves a daily injection for 5 days up to 2 weeks. Unfortunately I cannot legally give you specific information about prescription drugs, but your vet will be able to advise you. There are various antibiotics and antinflammatories of use in swine.

The best way to treat lice in pigs is with Ivermectin. It is the safest and most reliable drug. I suggest you contact your local vet to get this medication and to get dosing information. Other possible medications that would work: diazinon, lindane or deltamethrin. These medications are harder to find and are considered not as safe. All these medications are ineffective against lice eggs so it is necessary to treat the animals and the environment multiple times.
