I live in Chicago where it gets really cold in the winter. My puppy is small to medium size. Should I consider in getting her dog booties and coat/ jacket for the winter? Or would she be fine in the winter?
For short walks, a few minutes, she can probably go out as is. If you plan on spending more than 5-10 minutes outside or if Maggie takes a long time to do her business, then you may want to consider booties and a coat. This is wonderful of you to do for the homeless. I would buy your dog a coat to wear when it's cold. You can get one at a pet store. Also bring plenty of blankets for him, and a soft dog bed so he does not sleep on the hard ground.

I have a 5lb dog that is a teddy bear breed. We live in WI. Does he need a coat during winter or shoes? I have hear mix thing from people.
Batman is cute!!!! I would recommend a coat for sure when he goes outside. If he is going outside for longer then 10 minutes, I would also recommend boots (if he will wear them). These little ones lose body heat quickly. Thank you for using Pet Coach!

Our old harness is broken. I was wondering if you have any product recommendations or at least any ideas for a new harness? I've found some cute and comfortable one in a store in Germany but I don't know when I will be visiting Germany again.
How lucky of you to visit Germany recently! I would check to see if it's possible to ship the ones you like from Germany to Bosnia & Herzegovina. I'm not very familiar with the inventory of dog harnesses in your country, and given that many things can easily be shipped, it might be the best idea to have the cute and comfortable ones you say in Germany shipped to your home :-)

Use an appropriate size sweater or jacket when necessary. Booties can be used to protect feet from ice and snow. You can buy these items online or in most pet stores. Brands available will depend on your geographical location. Paw protection creams should be applied sparingly to the paw pads and between toes as needed. Musher's Secret Paw Protection Wax is one of the better brands.
