Hello. Poor Nellie. It sounds like she is just craving some stability in her life & she is doing her best to make sure you will always be her person. She may eventually relax, only time will tell. I think I would start her on one of the natural calming products available over the counter. They too take time to work, but I like Zylkene. Give it a try & thanks for giving Nellie another chance at a forever home & thanks for using Boop by Petco.

Hello. What a sweetie! I always go with what jumps out at me, so I see primarily Pit Bull or Staffordshire Terrier, Shar-Pei, & maybe a touch of Boston Terrier. Quite a mix! Thanks for using Boop by Petco.

No worries. I appreciate you posting back with your correction. I just wish your pet well and I am glad that the advice was helpful to you. Take care of that fur baby and have a good rest of your night. Best regards, Destini Holloway, DVM

Hello. Have you tried any canned, wet or soft-moist foods? Some dogs do seem to prefer this as they age. I would especially try the FreshPet diet as many pets really seem to like it. If he continues to refuse to eat, you should have Dash evaluated by your veterinarian as there could be an underlying reason for his refusal to eat. Good luck & thanks for using Boop by Petco.
