My guinea keeps scratching towered his nose area and I'm scared he has fleas what is a way I could tell
My 15month old kelpie won't eat, he has always been super fussy but the last couple of months he hardly touches his food. I've tried everything. Leaving do food out, puppy food, dog food, human foo. But still nothing. He is starting to get very skinny, too skinny even for a kelpie. I took him to the local vet that said he has a large prostate one of a 10 yo dog. He is very active and Dosen't seem unhappy.
My dog is a 15 years old, Siberia husky. She has some arthritis in her hips and also kidney disease. I take her for 3 short walks every day. Short as in a walk around a block. I'm just wondering if that is enough excersize/ environmental stimulation for my old puppy.
My 2 year old guinea pig was losing weight and he was scratching so much that he started to bleed. I took him to the vet and they diagnosed it as pneumonia and gave me medicine for him. He got a little bit better then a couple months ago I checked on him and he was squeaking quietly. I noticed that his water was full and he usually drank over half of it in a day and he didn't touch his food. Later I checked on him and he sadly had passed away. What could have caused this? I am very confused.
Daisy has been dragging her rear/female parts across grass and blankets for a couple of weeks now. We’ve checked her feces and are not seeing any worms. I am at a loss as to what to do...I don’t want to rush to the vet if it’s something simple like an itch...but also don’t want to prolong in case it’s something worse. I just don’t know what to do. She is still ‘hunching’ our female pit/wiener mix...and she’s also started snarling when she gets disciplined. I’m just at a loss as to what to do.
7 month old and 13 month old Shiba Inu pups. We have a party of about 40 people in a few weeks and they all want to meet the dogs. What is the best way to handle with the crowds? They have crates in the main part of the house where guests will be. We have a pen that we can move to a bedroom, or we can have them at the party and leashed. They would also attempt to get out the door and go "exploring" if the opportunity arose.
we took our one of the puppies to emergency vet because the mother vomited and puppies ate her vomot before i removed them then next day two puppies started to vomit but one of the two look depressed and the other got better so i took the one look sad to vet and the vet injected puppy with cerenia which got me worried he said its going to make poop faster and make him feel better puppies are only six weeks old which im worried thats too young to get vaccine or is it okay?
