Unfortunately, there are no veterinary clinics located in Petco stores in your area - yet. You can get vaccinations done at Vetco vaccination clinics, as well as heartworm and flea and tick prevention. Be sure you get Tars in before he is 6 months of age, and he won't need a heartworm test. He should also be dewormed against intestinal parasites. Vetco vaccine clinics don't charge an exam fee, but they will charge you for the vaccinations - here is a link to a map of Petco's in your area with Vetco clinics: chttps://www.vetcoclinics.com/services-and-clinics/clinic-locations-and-schedules/?zip=60606#maptop . Also, their prices for services are here: https://www.vetcoclinics.com/services-and-clinics/vaccination-packages-and-prices/ . Finally, you can get nail trimming and anal gland expression done at the grooming salon in your Petco, and most of them even offer training. So pick the one that is most convenient for you!

Hi, thanks for using Boop by Petco! I would call your local PetCo that offers VetCo to see if they will do this type of exam. Mist vaccine clinics only do vaccines and not exams or provide records past vaccinations. I would recommend that you find an established Vet for Piper. They will do an exam and fax it to the insurance company when asked. Below are links on what VetCo offers as far as services and locations. Good luck! https://www.vetcoclinics.com/services-and-clinics/vaccination-packages-and-prices/ https://www.vetcoclinics.com/services-and-clinics/clinic-locations-and-schedules/

As long as he's in good health you can bring him to the VetCo clinic at your local PetCo. They do the physical examination for free and they can update his vaccinations and test him for parasites and heartworms. They also will deworm him and they sell heartworm and flea and tick prevention medications there. If you want a microchip they can check to see if he has one and implant one if you want. If he has a medical problem you would need to take him to a full service veterinarian. It's ok to boost the vaccinations even if it's not the correct time. Then he'll be protected and you can get him on a regular healthy pet schedule. Thanks for using Boop by Petco to help you care for Moj.
