Atopica Dog Medicine and Prescriptions

Hi I hv two dogs currently on atopica for allergies, yesterday they had a bath and today they are goin crackers itching is it ok to give them piriton whilst taking atopica?

Hi jasmine has been on 35mg of Atopica for 9 days , today she has been very lethargic and sleeping a lot which is unusual for her Still eating and been for a walk just as I said lethargic Is this a norma reaction to atopica?

Is Atopica recommend for IBD in a Labrador, when EOS is elevated?

My dog is taking atopica for allergies but recently she has started being sick on it I am working with my vet we have tried with a small amount of food didn't work so trying antacids tonight My question is can atopica cause stomach bleed the bile she brought up early morning was a dark brown? But in fairness her food is dark brown too

Cat diagnosed with eosinophilic granuloma allergy testing proved allergies to mites. Currently on atopica, zd,and immunotherapy and pred prn for flare ups. She had her first flare up in 3 months but I don't understand why it randomly flared up. Any other medicine recommended to reduce flare ups. I've read that omegas and canned only food can help. I don't want to keep her on atopica long term.

My dog had her first atopica tablet today for allergies and has just been sick , do I need to contact my vet tonight ?

My dog was previously on prednicare the vet trialled Atopica for the last 5 weeks its not working so I want to put her back on the prednicare till I can get back to see him on Friday My question is can I just put her back on the prednicare or do I have to wait till the Atopica is out of her system?

My dog dx w/ Atopy 11 y.o. never showed extreme symptoms until flea bite. saw dermatologist. Got under control, off steroids just on Atopica 50mg. I don't know if there is a correlation but started taking him in my yard which I found out has poison ivy (but high up) and a lot of unknown weeds in back. He hads been developing pustules that turn black and crusty all over especially groin and face and paw pads are worse than ever caked with yellow ??? Doc said he's fine its from Atopica.

my cat has NASTY dermatitis. He is being treated but nothing so far has helped. We changed his food, used antibiotics and he is now taking Atopica and prednisone, but is getting worse.

Hi been giving my dog atopica but she keeps being sick with it is it ok to give with food as I have been giving it on an empty stomach up to now ?

My dog has been on atopica for 4 weeks now last weekend she started vomiting an hour after her pills my vet told me to give her zitac half twice a day It worked for a couple of days but she has started again Is there a way to give her the zitac to help ? I've been giving it to her 30 mins before the atopica is that right or should I be giving it at the same time?

My GSD has been diagnosed with AF and has been on Atopica. She has responded really well and the vet is now slowly tapering the dosage down. Would probiotic and prebiotic supplements help, Many thanks,
