Ordered and it stated it would be shipped within 2-3 days. Received an email several days later saying it would be delayed and it was unknown when it would be shipped. After waiting a few more days, I canceled the order and purchased a different one on Amazon.

I am VERY upset..I have tried FOUR times to purchase this item. Each time the system cancels the order.
I have escalated this,with NO resolution. Ongoing since November 2024.I have lost courtesy discounts that were applied Etc.
I am not understanding why someone cannot assist me to actually get one shipped out to me?
