90lbs pit has no issues chewing through it. It’s a raw hide replacement , so most people that have left reviews probs have never given HARD raw hide to their dogs. It’s a great product and my dog loves it.

My Doggie Loves them ! I put each one in microwave for 10 sec. Then cut into 4 equal pieces . Product has warning. Pay attention/ Stop pushing the blame on to someone else.

Saw in store and thought it was cute, so I bought it for my dog. These are incredibly hard treats, much harder than I anticipated. My dog is a very slow and careful chewer. But the "top" separated from the cup looking part and slipped down his throat. He couldn't breathe and it was absolutely terrifying as I reached down his throat. DO NOT BUY.

I wish i saw these reviews before, I picked these up on a whim as my dog enjoys the other smartbones treats. Like others, this treat got stuck in his back teeth and he was gagging and struggling to get it off. I was luckily able to, but it was one of the scariest experiences I have had and he was extremely shook up. The shell of the treat is extremely hard and difficult to break up.

Please please don’t buy these. Within seconds it was stuck to the roof of my dogs mouth and it took almost 30 mins for us to pry it off. These are so dangerous.

I purchased this for my dog today. And he was struggling to chew it. Then I noticed he was gagging and he kept trying to get it out by scratching the inside of his mouth. I had to chase him and pry his mouth open and it was lodged in the back of his throat. I finally was able to get it out but from the incident it caused scratches in his mouth and he was bleeding. If you truly care about your pets and see them as family DO NOT BUY THIS.

I normally don't write reviews but thought it was important for people to know how dangerous these are. My dog had one of these stuck to the roof of his mouth and would've choked if I wasn't around to help. Please stay away from this product; Petco should pull these and the SmartBones company should discontinue them.
