This is the ONLY solution I have found that keeps both of my dogs in the fence! One is a jumper and the other is a digger. However, I wish the collar was made more durable. It is great for weather and it doesn’t tear up with my dogs’ normal play. One of my dogs has started chewing them up though. He got the one on my other dog and then learned how to wiggle out of his collar and chew it! I wish the plastic was made from another material that could withstand dog chewing. This is also a behavior I am going to be working on with him too.

This collar does not seem to stand the test of time. Mine quit working for an unknown reason after about 1 year. My sisters collar did the same thing! Super frustrating. But, we replaced it because we didn’t have another option. If your pup is large enough to handle the stubborn dog collar, go that route. I haven’t had any issues with that collar at all!

I bought this system October 2021 (5.5 months ago) and saw the ollar flashing and figured it was time to change the battery. When I took the collar off and I noticed the device is coming apart. Putting a new battery in and resetting the device and it still is not working.

We have had zero issues with our collars I also want to say I put in about 4 acres of wire around the perimeter of my lawn and it did take me a while to do it myself. I suggest using a lawn edger to make the slit in the grass for the wire to go into. Also I see people having problems with the collars and I believe they have problems because there dogs get them off and chew them up . And also once your dog knows his boundaries you can almost take the collar off the shock mode !
