For your pet's health and to prolong pump service life, it is recommended to change the water and clean the water tank, tray, foam filter, and pump at least once a week. Recommend for cats. Only supports 2.4GHz networks. Calibrate the base and water tank separately before using the pet fountain. In order to monitor the cat's water intake data more accurately, it's recommended to use the cat waterer fountain on hard floors such as marble, wood, tile floor, etc. Securely attach the cable to its slot. Set the device on a solid, level floor where external vibrations are minimal. Leave an 8-inch space around the device.

Power off the device when it's not in use.Do not use the device outdoors. Do not plug in if there is water on the power cable or plug.

Setup was easy. Just did it today. Just know in the description it says it comes with an extra pump. It DOES NOT. There is a single pump. I've read and watched reviews that talk about the pump going out over time, so I bought this because I thought an extra pump came with. So, I'm disappointed because of that. It's very quiet, which is different than our last fountain.

This water fountain is easier to use, and it is very convenient for you to track how much water your cat drinks. The most fantastic part is that you cannot hear any noise. My cat really loves it, and I feel like this is the best one I have used.

Loved this till stopped recognizing the device after a few months. Tried everything but the app didn’t recognize the bowl. Too expensive and waste of $$ since it didn’t last. I looked online for solutions and many customers had this same issue that couldn’t be corrected - some spent many hours with customer support with no luck.
