I bought this set of nylabones for my pupper who loves to chew on these bones. He already had one at home and i figured he’d want a couple more. However i didn’t realize, and my fault, that the one i already had was a small and the ones i bought was an x-small. Although they are both moderate chew, size matters! My dog can tear off bits of the x-small nylabone but will have no punctures on the small.

We first bought these when our now one year old dog was a puppy. We recently got a second puppy. Our one year old keeps taking them from the puppy and has eaten a few pieces and got violently ill and constipated. We are fairly certain is due to this bone. I would not give to dogs after adult teeth have come in.

My little Dachshund loves to chew on the Nylabones. However you must be careful of the pieces that your dog chews off. I don’t like to let my dog swallow it.

I purchased this pack of two for my two 4 month old puppies to chew on and they love it! It’s perfect for not being too rough on their teeth. I will say keep an eye on which toughness level you get for your puppy. These girls are low-medium chewers, 15lbs so far, and these are perfect for them. When I had my Labrador puppy at the same age, however, he was about twice the size and needed the tougher bone of the same size or larger since he was a heavier chewer. You can find the packs that have one of each top in case your puppy “graduates” to a tougher bone. Enjoy!
