What is being done about your poor packing methods and the resultant severely dented cans? We have our food shipped and I do not trust that your will get the canned food here intact.
- I am also an Instinct customer that has had trouble with dented cans. I really believe we need to address this question directly to the company. It doesn't seem to make any difference what retailer you buy it from, the cans still arrive dented. That's a manufacturer issue.

My male cat is almost 14. I know he is starting kidney problems due to the extra water he drinks at this point. and a bit thinner. lots of energy still. I read they need at least 50% protein, I give him wet and dry which i know is not good, but lots of wet and freeze dried chicken too, vit with dig enzymes. Hi there. I was thinking about switching my cat to a better quality food. I know the first at least 3 ingredients should be chicken, chicken meal etc vs corn or grains. My cat is 20lbs. Vet told me he should be 16lbs & be on a low fat diet. I don't think his purina pro plan weight mgmt is helping anymore. Fat is 12.5% max in that food. But other foods have more fat. I wonder if a grain free diet would help keep him full longer? How many calories/cups a day he should eat? Worried about weightgain
