2 rag doll cats 5 years old. Adopted them and the litter the ave us are chips. The don’t bury their poop and it really stink. Wind if we should go with fresh pet or similar

I adopted 2 kittens at 3 months who are now 10 months old. Brother & sister. Hi! I have two cats who I adopted together as kittens, who have ALWAYS peed outside the litterbox (poop inside), on any material on the floor, though we have 2 older cats who go in the boxes. On a whim, I bought weewee pads and placed them where the cats had been going on the floor, and I realized that they must have been fostered as babies with pads (grrrr). I would like to get some area rugs and want to know how to keep them off!

I will be transporting my 8 cats to another location 30 minutes away. I do not have enough cat carriers for my move, so I decided to make some cat carriers by drilling 14 holes, each 2 inches in diameter, through Sterilite storage bins. My question is, do the holes need to be smaller than 2 inches? I do not want any of my cats getting their heads stuck in a hole. Also, do you think this method of transport is ok for the cats? These guys are my life & I dont want any harm coming to them.
I just adopted 2 kittens & both are 6 weeks old. When they use their litter box, they tend to use their head to make a deep hole for their poop. They use their paws too but also use their head. I am using a pellet litter and am wondering if that may be too heavy or difficult for them to move. I was using regular litter at first but noticed one of the kittens was trying to eat it.
Aquiylan turns two in less than 2 months. What sort of thing would you recommend getting him to make the occasion joyful for him? He doesn't particularly like hard toys with bells and he's not really a catnip type cat but the soft sparkly toys that he likes we get him the dogs tear apart. The I want to celebrate it is because there were times we honestly thought he wouldn't get to 1. He was found behind a car lot and it's been obvious that his mom had abandoned him. My cat had Squemus Cell Carcinoma on her tongue which we had the tougue removed last June. We currently feed her through a tube but would like her to eat normal. We roll regular cat food into small balls and give her dry food, but the saliva becomes a mess. Can you recommend any ideas?
