What is the best gecko or other small reptile for a beginning reptile keeper that is relatively cheap not counting snakes because my boyfriend won't let me have one. One of my local pet stores has tokay geckos and leopard geckos the other one has a couple more options within my price range but I am still asking for advice. So my puppy River loves to stand in her water bowl when she drinks and also loves to purposely dump it over. We have a very large water bowl because we have four dogs so when she knocks it over it basically floods my kitchen. What can I do or use to keep her from standing in or knocking her water bowl over?
My yellow bellow slider pooped out something that is very not normal. When I found it in the water it was compacted in the normal shape of her poop, but it had what looked like bloody scales and some paste material. Nothing in her diet has changed. The pictures attached are from when I took it out and tried to figure out what it was. That is why in the pictures it is not still compacted together.
when i was little my grandfather had a koi "patio pond" in a metal stock trough. I was wondering if it would be reasonable to do the same in a rubber one?what considerations would you consider?
My puppy has been playing with his food bowl and water bowl for a while now, he broke his first bowls. I bought him new ones, but he just keeps on playing with them. Water is clean and he likes his food, so I don't see a problem. How can I make him stop?
Can I put my Bettas in a LARGE plastic food container if it is a good size and has good structure?
