Petco takes great care to ensure that the live fish you order arrive safely and in healthy condition. All Freshwater Aquatic Life purchased on Petco.com are guaranteed to stay alive for 30 days from the day they arrive at your home or we will gladly refund your money.
ACCLIMATION: Allow the sealed bag with your new fish to float in your aquarium for at least 15 minutes, but no longer than one hour, and ensure the water in the bag is the same temperature as the water in your tank. FEEDING: Food may be flaked, frozen, dried, or live. Feed a variety of food to ensure complete nutrition. Feed sparingly and no more than fish can eat in 1 to 2 minutes; overfeeding can quickly foul the water, especially in smaller, unfiltered aquariums.
If we need to contact you for any reason about your order, shipping of your package may be affected. Once your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email with your order summary. Orders are subject to verification of payment information by phone or email.

I have two male fish guppies. One of them seems to have like a wired black spot on its belly (in the middle of its body). Is this normal? Could it be a disease? Any cure to this? I’m worried. Also it has a little bit of white on its tail :(
My male guppy looks bloated what do I do he's not as energetic.
There is purple stuff growing on my male guppy near the tail area it looks like a spot I have had many fish but this has never happened please help. I couldn't take a picture of him because he kept moving sorry.

Hi I I just got to sowrd tall guppy and I was wondering if it was going to give birth but the gray spot does not look big and it’s kind of a brownish yellow I and doesn’t seem that they have a lot of eggs in it right now but it’s pretty big and I want to put in the breeding box for the last time I put in a pretty box early the guppy get stressed out and end up aborting all the babies I really don’t want that happening because I really want these babies please help me
My betta is a baby boy (4monthold) When I first got him he was red with white. 2 months ago his growing fins began becoming blue. Abt 3 weeks ago I see that he began losing his color a bit& began becoming kind of transparent, so I took the water to get checked& the water was good but the store couldnt check for ammonia cause they had ran out of that test(water has conditioner). Last night I notice that he started getting a shiny silver color on 1side of mouth& in gill. But he is acting normal
what kind of fish are these? and would they be good with a male betta
I am not able to ID my fish. It seems to belong to the family of snakehead bettas. But it is yellow in colour. They belly is a shimmering yellow gradually getting duller towards the tail. the tail and fins are yellow with red borders. Its eyes are blue. It seems to be enjoying staying at the top most of the time. Its not aggressive. Please help me ID my fish
I want to know how old my male veil tail betta fish is. Do you think you can help me with these pictures?
