I found him on a vacant lot and had to bottle feed him for about two weeks. He's now about 8 weeks old and already eating solids, but he hasn't learned to drink from a bowl. I tried using bowls of different sizes, put water on the ground, wet his lips, placed him next to a faucet, etc, but he still won't drink. By night, he's so thirsty that he'll suck at my fingers, I'll end up giving him the bottle. He has no issues eating food mixed with water, but how can I get him to drink from a bowl?
My quail. - Poops white and cloudy with a hunt of brown - still walks around and wonders the house like normal. - she would normally jump at anything that looks like food but lately she hasn't been as insterested. - whitening beak that looks like its layers are shedded - She has a mate but they are seperated. Could she be having chicks? Could she be stressed?
my hen is bleeding from beak
What is the best dog bowl material that is non toxic, going to stay clean, not get a film at the bottom and not harbor bacteria?
Good day I'm asking if the puppies are safe in their stool under the cage and they still have the water I need to move to the ground?
My Pigeon Is Eating And Drinking Water And Everyhing Is Well Except The Poop. The Poop is watery green
My chick's droppings are reddish brown
I believe my chicken has frostbite, I saw her limping today. I soaked it in warm water with a tablespoon of hydrogen peroxide for 15 minutes. I put Neosporin on it and covered it with a sock so she doesn't pick at it. Is there anything else I should be doing?
Our 3-year-old hand raised gander is very ill. Refusing to eat. Loves bread. Only manages small bites. White watery excretions. Gave 1/4 Panado. Tried honey and he is now eating tiny bites of bread with honey. We live on a farm. The pond has borehole water. Have 40 geese. No other goose showing these signs.
Type of food they eat Type of water to use
Hello, Im not sure if you help with pet chickens but if you do i need help with mine, I have four chickens their all female and are around 7 months old i raised them sense they were chicks. My guinea pig drinks a lot of water during the day. I’d say I have 2 standard water bottles in their cage because I have Boog and Archie and recently Archie has been drinking much more. Boog worried me because he’d drink half of the bottle in a day and now Archie is sort of doing that. Can that be a problem?
