Hi so my dog has this between his toes, see pictures, I think it's improving but I can still see the bubble, so I'm going to go buy Epsom salt now and I just wanted to know how I should do this. I'm not sure he will let me soak his paw for the whole ten minutes. What if he walks away after soaking it and he licks it ? Do I just rinse it with water ? My 10 yr old Shih Tzu has a skin condition (like myself - scalp) and I have a prescription for ketoconazole shampoo. I took it to his groomer to use on his last visit to see if it would help (I think it did), problem is - so much more has to be used on him than for me. My question is - is there a less expensive alternative for a dog. He gets these skin ulcers and 2 have ruptured - others have just dried up and leave a scaly film. Not sure what to do to help him.

I give her dog probiotic in her food as well as omega capsule in her food. Food is Pure Balance from Walmart-1st product salmon,peas. No grain.
