This is a great option for someone who has trouble lifting their pets weight when getting it to the vet. The only drawback I can foresee (I have not tried it yet), is keeping the pet inside while trying to zip it closed. A hard closure option would be an improvement for difficult pets.

I've never had a better carrier experience. I purchased two for my two cats to use while relocating to NJ via flying. My cats are notorious for hating carriers and traveling poorly. Not only did their comfort bring me piece of mind, but the easily attachable and detachable wheels made running through our connection airport so much easier.
