Gibbs my new 1yr old cat, he's familiar with the pink round platform ball trackor on the left. Because he had one to play with at the Northshore Animal League. At 1st he's would pounce the scratch not understanding he could scratch it as well, until I pour a little catnip on it..its organic, but wondering if it's alright brand? Or if there is a better idea to help him also understand vertical scratch post as well. as you can see he understands, he's not grasping vertical post besides walls/sofa
Will my 6 month old kitten grow out of playing in her litter box? It's so unsanitary. We got her a tower recently that she doesn't even touch, plus lots of boxes for her to play in. How can I get her to use cat tower more? Feliway doesn't seem to work.

So when we got a kitten and got him lots of toys mindy loved playing and chewing the cat toys. can cats actually be hoarders / kleptos? i know all cats “steal” things like hair ties and whatnot but my cat has hoards of toys, garbage, clothes, shoes, etc under every piece of furniture in my bedroom.every time i move smth i find 10-20 items. i actually see her take toys from her toy basket and stuff from my trashbin and hide them sometimes. she stole a lint roller and hid it under my tv stand for a month until i had to buy a new one. i’ve never had a cat who did this! it’s so strange !
Hi! I need help on being able to introduce my daughters cats and my cats! We’re about to move into a new house and they’ve never interacted before. All of our babies are rescues, most of mine are Himalayan while hers are a Tabby and a Calico. They’re adult cats as well as mine. We want them to be able to run around together in the new house, but they’ve never been properly introduced despite living together for some odd years. We don’t want to take turns on them running around, please help!
