Royal canin or earthborn?? Thos are the choices i can buy from now
This question is for david elezbeth: Is 30-50% carbs an appropriate amount in dog food? I just started my dog on honest kitchen dehydrated dog food and these are the typical range in carbs. Is this to much? Also some reviewers have posted that their dog had more voluminous stool and went more frequently with bits of food still present in the stool. Is this normal? Chloe seems to be doing fine but I am noticing the bits of food in her stool. Is this ok to continue with this food?

My 40lb boxer ate a little over 2cups of milk chocolate combined with semi-sweet. He's puked a lot up, now mostly watery over the course of 8hrs with sometimes 30min-1hr in between. Hello, I have a two-year-old Staffordshire mix that weighs 44 lb (20 kg). She is moderately active and currently doing intensive behavioural training. We have her on a daily 1,070 calorie diet (as recommended by another vet) and feel as though she's slightly underweight. The back of my pet food says the weight in grams per cup of food. I notice when I weigh the food for 1/3 cup it only fills the measuring cup about 3/4 full. Is this normal? also do you know if pet food companies measure the calories per cup based on weighed grams of food or just by standard 8 oz. measuring cups? Thanks!
