I rescued my cat from a neighbor, she was 8 was old and the mother had taken off, the father was their cat and clearly not neutered. Emma now is almost 5 mo old. She likes to suckle on my clothes, near my arms or neck, that is ok but of course she has nails, and kneads them into my skin as she is doing this. I have attempted to stop this behavior by pushing her face away as soon as she starts it, tapping her on the nose gently a few times when she starts and saying no, to no avail. What to do
I got a Ragdoll kitten about a month or so ago, and i introduced my house's rooms very slowly, and we moved at her pace around the house. She has always been scarid of downstairs bc i have 4 other siblings (the yougest is 1 year and the oldest is 10, so they are still all very loud). Hi! (Again)! Ok, Scruff is doing great. We took her to the vet, she got her shots and distemper test( negative). The Vet said she's about 3 months old and probably pregnant. She's doing very well indoors, eating, drinking using the litter box. My question is : She stays in the bedroom and won't come out with us in the living room. Our other cat and dog are out in the living room too. Scruff seems to want me to sit in the bedroom with her. I do. want her out in the living room with us!! How?
