Works great!
So we got this a month ago and I am so pleased with it! I will say that digging a 4 ft hole to install it was not easy and you'll definitely want a post hole digger to do it with. However once it's installed it's so simple. We have one dog (88lb rottie) so we're just using 1 tablet per week.

Convenient and Easy
We have only had our two systems for one week, but they are so convenient. We have 3 dogs - Black Lab, Golden Retriever and a VERY large Great Dane. We live on an acre, but needed a safer, more "clean" way of disposing of their waste. Hardest part was digging such a deep and narrow hole for installation. So glad to have them.

WOW Awesome!!
I have had waste disposal systems before and was surprised when I received this one in the mail. It was larger than the last one I had, and it was made out of tough tough plastic! The one I had previously was a much thinner plastic and the lid broke off not long after we installed it. Installation was quick and super easy and I love that I can walk by it and there is no smell of waste.
I am more than satisfied with the system! I would totally recommend this one.

Great Product! LOVE IT
I have two 100 lb dogs & a fenced in yard. I used to bag their waste every day & put in trash. This method was very smelly & attracted flies & bugs. Terrible in the summer time, could not use the back yard. After installing doggie dooley- no smell, no bugs & such a time saver. You don't even know that the dooley is there. I would highly recommend this to anyone. Simple to install & to use, and purchase price was cheap.

Best Disposal Ever
I love this product. Saw it on TV a long time ago. Recently put in a fenced potty area for my pups and wanted to keep it clean. This is just the tool. So easy to install, and looks really nice in the yard. Absolutely love this. Works like a charm. So happy it is made in the USA. Thanks for a great product I am proud to own. All my pet owner friends are coming over to check it out and they also love it.

works fine
Great idea for pet waste. It's a little slow working at times. I've leanred to add warm water to the system, not right out of the hose. Easy to follow instructions, dig a hole, add digester and warm water every week. I bought the larger model to keep up with my 10 month old, 122# Yellow lab "Dozer". See how happy he is...

Best Purchase Ever
We have two dogs now and this product is great and I'm sorry I didn't get it sooner. It disposes of the waste easily and the trash can now only has trash in it and doesn't smelll as bad as it did before. Thank you for carrying this product.

Is the top plastic or metal? My two GSD pups are major chewers and I would hate for them to destroy the top if it's plastic.
Is there a system available that disposes of poop bags with poop in them? I like to walk my dog and hate to store them in my garbage dumpster until pickup day.
- I'm not aware of that type of system. What I do for my dog is to carry a small bucket (about 1/2 gallon, picked up from paint department of home improvement store), use a cat litter scoop to pick up the poop and put it into the bucket, then add to my Doggie Dooley when I get back home.

do any bags break down in the system?
- No. Septic tanks don't break down plastics, only organic materials. Do not add plastic bags!

The Doggie Dooley 3000 looks to be more of a septic tank and the Prism looks like a direct leach; is there any advantage to one over the other depending on your soil type?

- Hello, Unfortunately, we do not have a system designed for the large scale use that you would require. Our model 3000 and 3800X are our largest units which have a capacity of up to 2 large dogs or 4 small dogs. Using the system for that many dogs will cause the unit to become over-loaded. You could install multiple units ( 2 ) for this purpose and distribute the waste among the two units. Septic tank Model 3000 works like a septic tank - waste is treated inside the tank & holds standing water. When adding water the older contents will overflow through the overflow tube & into the hole underneath. Works well in all soil types except for areas with hard, non draining clay soil or heavy sand. The model 3000 will come completely assembled, but will require a 48" deep hole. This unit is made for 2 large or 4 small dogs The 3800X model works like a leach bed, waste is treated and breaks down in hole underneath, this unit does not hold standing water, similar to a compost pile, once it reaches a certain level it maintains itself. If you have sandy soil this would be the ideal unit. Works well in all soil types except for hard, non draining clay soil. Regards, Doggie Dooley Team
