Never recieved product
First time I've ordered from them and the last. I ordered it and it never came, so no idea if it works... they jerked me around for 2 weeks before telling me it had never shipped, but sent "tracking information"? Then claimed it wasn't never in stock when I ordered it. Customer service was terrible. Cheated me out of the first time discount as well. Had to search all over to find a replacement.

Dental oral liquid for dogs- original
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have tried other oral liquid dental products to add to their water and they never like it. Put Dentral Fresh brand in their water and they love it and actually drink it! So far its working but going to give it another few days and see where it takes them. But so far they like it and have no issues with it.

Easy to use water additive

- Yes. The product is an additive to water so it will filter with the water.

My dogs always drink right after they eat. Is this going to work if they have just eaten or should i wait?
- It is fine to use all day, before and after eating. Every time you refill the water just add a little. I have been using this product for over a a dozen years. It is wonderful for their teeth and breath.

I have 2 dogs that drink out of the same bowl. One drinks much more than the other. Will it hurt my lab if he drinks too much Dental Fresh?
- I do not think it will adversely affect your pets. I have several different sizes of pets that all drink from the same bowl. Since the Dental Fresh is small in quantity compared to the volume of water you dilute it in, they are really only getting a fraction. I put it in every time I put fresh water in the dish. I have pets that are young to old and have had no problems.

Will my water filter filter out the product?
- The Dental Fresh gets added after the water is in the dish, so there should be no filtering out of the product. I have water filters too because the water has lots of mineral in it.

Is this product the same as the "Dental Fresh for Dogs"?
- Yes, all the Dental Fresh products in their various sizes are all the same thing. The SynergyLabs mfg website lists the ingredients as Stabalized Cholrine Dioxide?.0.1%, stabilized with Sodium Bicarbonate (Baking Soda) Funny, I just got back from Petco and was dumbfounded that the 8-oz Dental Fresh in the cat area was $7.99, yet the more than twice the size 17-oz Dental Fresh in the dog area was only $2 more. So I bought the dog labeled one for my cat.
