My dog had pink itchy skin so I switched to a different grain free and he didn’t like it , so I got this grain free and he loves it, and his skin has cleared up.

Great Dog Food For Picky Small Dogs

Our small dog is very picky when it comes to her dry food. We tried a few and Canidae products, especially the Petite Small Breed brand she really likes. I think she gets tired of the same food after awhile but we switch between the two types and she eats it all. She really has never had a reaction to this food either. We are cautious Grain Free food but most of the products out there are of this type now. I think Canidae is a quality product and worth the price.

Doxie ate for years won’t eat what’s in this bag.

My Doxie has been eating this same dog food for years, but for some reason she will not eat what is in this bag. The kibble is a darker color & looks a bit larger than the last bag I purchased. It is no longer available locally so I ordered from Petco. I contacted Petco & they are sending me a new bag. Hopefully she likes new bag.

My small (16#) dog has been eating this for a couple of years. She loves it and is happy and healthy. I switched her to a small breed food after reading about the different nutrient balance that is optimized for smaller dogs.

Why don't you put Taurine in the Grain Free Pure Petite Small Breed Limited Ingredient Freeze Dried Ray dog food?

    Currently, we are only adding taurine to out grain free dry formulas. It is added to all of our Grain Free PURE Limited Ingredient Diet, Grain Free PURE Ancestral, Grain Free PURE Petite, and Grain Free Under The Sun dry formulas.
