The Comfy Cone and accessories are alternatives to a plastic cone and as with any medical devices, please supervise your pet when they are wearing it. It is best to purchase an authentic, new Comfy Cone and/or Extender Panel for your pet. All Four Paws cannot approve of the condition or function of any Comfy Cone or accessory not purchased new and directly through an authorized customer. Should you have any issues with your new Comfy Cone, please contact us at (310) 314-7768.
Using the strips of Velcro as a guide, select the size your pet needs and secure the cone around your pet's head. Use the elastic loops to put your pet's collar through to secure the cone and prevent the pet from pulling the cone off. You can fold The Comfy Cone back to allow your pet to have more freedom to eat and drink or to change dressings. Do not leave the cone folded back when you are not around to supervise. Please follow washing instructions printed on the product tag attached to The Comfy Cone. Caution- This is not a toy and is not for children to play with.

Nala will be getting spayed very soon and I was wondering what would be the best effective recovery cone to use on her considering she is a semi large dog. As well make her feel more comfortable
Hi. I got my puppy spayed today. She’s got a bandage around her neck and a plastic collar however I feel like it’s too tight for her and she doesn’t look comfortable and starts choking sometimes. Is it okay to remove the bandage and leave the cone only? I also got her another cone but I’m not sure if I can change it or should leave the plastic one?
I neutered my male dog yesterday and he was on with the E collar(cone) but from yesterday he wants to take it off non stop and didn’t sleep at night at all. And he partially ruiend the cone and managed to chew it! Is there another way except the cone?I heard of the surgical suits. Will it be helpful?I attached the suite Thank you in advance
Hello was worried about my puggle he got nutered buy spca of adams county in pa on 26, but the cone is making his neck very sore. But was told to keep it on for 2 weeks, put he scratches his neck and licks his stitches without the cone on, but leaving it on hurts him. Dont know what to do. No one open on monday in my area.
My dog had surgery today for a torn acl. Upon picking the dog up post surgery, I noticed both his seresto collar and the cone applied were extremely tight. To the point where I could not fit a single finger under the cone. My dog was drooling extensively as well. I loosened both. Upon getting him home I noticed his neck had a swollen soft pouch that was not there prior to surgery. Could this be potential damage to his salivary gland due to the tightness of the cone/collar?
My dog got neutered yesterday and has been wearing his E-collar for the most part. I’ve taken it off for him to go outside and relieve himself and every now and then in the house when I can put my attention on him. However, he’s gotten to his incision and now I’m worried it’s opened and/or infected. His collar will stay on indefinitely. I’m not sure if you can see from the photo but it’s open in the center.
Pet got spayed 10 days ago, cone removal is 2 days from now. How are we doing?
My dog has an open sore on his tail which is about an inch long and 1/2 wide - took him to local vat and he was treated and given a collar to wear - the collar was too short and he could still get to the wound - was told by vet that wound seemed to be healing ok but it seems worse today. Would rather not return to this vet - would like to see about alternative solutions. I need a longer collar or something to keep him away from the wound.
My 4 month old puppy has a really thin soft collar around her neck and she still shuts down when wearing it. Basically she won't even move and just stares. Is there a good method to help her forget the collar?(similar picture attached). When i remove the collar she goes back to playing. Is there something more i should besides leaving it on her or should I get a trainer?
Is it okay to remove e-collar from dog?
My dog had 2 lipomas removed on April 27. One set of stitches is fine but the other opened. So on May 6 they stapled her. Today May 7 the wound is open again. The vet said that at this point restitching or restapling won’t work. So we have more antibiotics and an inflatable collar now. We have the wound covered with topical antibiotic & gauze/wrap, a dog onesie, and the inflatable collar. Is there anything else we should do or have done? Seems odd to leave the wound this way. Thx/regards LP
What’s the best way to treat the cut on my dog’s paw? We’ve been spraying it with the skin spray (pictured), bandages and wraps and doing our best to keep him from licking it. The inflatable donut was ineffective so we’ll pick up a cone today. Thanks in advance!
