Why does my dog hate wearing sweaters? The others are always good, hazel has a water jacket and I put it on her when its really cold or raining and she always stays still like a statue and then she will rub against the wall, plants, or a couch, the jacket fits her perfectly and she can pee and poop with no issue (asking since summer is all most over ) thank you!

I have a 5 yr old dorkie and want to get a cat. I sadly lost mine a yr ago. Olivia is very much mine and stays by me all the time. I feel like I need to be able to appropriately bond with the cat but I don’t think I can hurt Olivia’s feelings. Eventually the cat will be indoor/outdoor but in the beginning only inside.
