Vitamin B-12 Horse Prescriptions

Hi, a vet recommended to give my cat vitamin b for lack of appetite and kidneys problems but I only found beaphar b complex for cats that is not available in Bulgaria and can't find here nothing available for animals,is it safe to give my cat human vitamin b and which vitamin b to choose,is it better to use vitamin B12 or B1 or B3, thank you so much.

Is it true that if your dog takes vitamin B the fleas won’t go on them because they don’t like the smell?
