Hunger For Words

Hi Layla has an increase in hunger, quite excessive. She pants alot, seems in distress and asks me for food. Then when I've given her food, she calms down. She acts crazy like she has to eat then and there. She has allergies to food and unknown things we haven't figured out yet (incase that's related). She also has a history of digestive problems, particularly digesting fat. I'm so worried that she has some underlying condition as the increase in hunger and panting is scaring me.

Hi! I have bought a 5 months old male cockatiel named Cheeko 3 weeks ago. Im trying to tame it...and today I heared from my friend that "if you tame a bird and then teach him words, he wont learn enything. You must had bought him when he was more child".
