Blue Ridge Fish Hatchery

Hi, I have a really important question. Recently, this past week, my fish has been growing a white lump/bump on his face. He’s a blue male betta fish. I’ve had him for almost a year and a half Andy this is the first time he’s had a problem. Hes also been hiding in his cave for 2 days now. Should I be concerned?

I used to have 7 Fish 2 gold comet Fish 2 Comet silver Fish and 3 Shubunkins one Gold Comet Fish died and the gold comet Fish that didn't die is now pecking at my other Fish and it looks soooooooooooo annoying please help xoxoxoxxoxoxoxoxox love Foxi

Hi, Got a marine fish tank 120L. The blue tang got white ich a week back and it died and post that within a week all the other fishes died. Had a pair of clowns and various damsels. Now with no fishes in the tank, what should I do next? I plan to get the water tested and plan not to add any new fish till 2-3 months? Anything that needs to be done during this phase? My beta fish had an abnormal lump. All of the other fish in the tank are completely fine. There is another beta fish in the tank. They both get along really well. The other beta fish is fine and healthy. It’s a 30 gal tank with about 20-ish fish and a tank frog with multiple heaters and filters as well as easily over a hundred snails.

We recently bought a 20 gallon fish tank for our house. The tank is currently only holding 16 gallons of water. We currently have 11 fish and 2 snails in the aquarium, totaling to 16 inches of fish (if you count the snails as fish). That’s following the gallon per inch of fish rule. However, my family wants to add more fish. Would we be safe to add more fish or should we stick with the 13 fish we have?
