Hi my dog Miley likes to get out of the backyard and I cant keep her in the backyard what should I do also she likws to dig alot and bark alot

How can I get her to fetch outside? She does it perfectly inside but in the backyard loses interest. Also she will come when called everywhere perfectly but the backyard and the house, why is that? Like at the dog park she will come or out on a walk. Once she got loose and she ran back as soon as I yelled come. But backyard she will run opposite way.
