Weruva Wet Cat Food
My cat is not eating her food. I tried 2 x dry food (she usually eats this) and 6 different canned food. The only thing she will not turn down and eat is tuna (made for humans).
Cat food for heart health containing taurine
I have a 6 month old male kitten. He's my first male cat. As a way to increase his water intake, I've been adding sardine water, about 2 to 3 tablespoons with each meal. Here's the recipe for sardine water: Add a can of sardines packed in water with no salt to 2 cups of water. Bring to a boil, then simmer for 10 minutes. Spray to remove sardines from liquid. That's the liquid that I'm adding to his meals. Is this something that's okay to do?
My kitty has been a little fussy with her food. She used to eat wet food twice a day consistently. She started to reject it and the only thing that would entice her is sardines. I am wondering if it is okay to feed her sardines every day? I make sure to only feed her canned whole sardines in water with no salt or any other additives. Thanks for your advice!
When I run out of cat food I give my cats either tuna in water or sardines in tomato sauce, whichever I happen to have on-hand. This happens about once every two months. Is there one of those I shouldn't give them? Or should I give them one over the other if I have both? They haven't had any I'll effects to either (and prefer sardines).
Best low-carb wet food for cats?
Dear friends; my 15 y.o. cat is chronic renal. she takes 125 ml serum w/lactate every 48 hs. No appetite: I must feed her Recovery & AD 120 ml/day via a seringe in the mouth. The only food she will eat spontaneouly is ND tuna or tuna&salmon. I live in Brazil, these cans are imported, very expensive. The vet told not to feed commercial canned tuna for its sodium content. Question: what if I buy natural tuna or salmon at the fishmonger and give her? Thank you VERY much!
I have a 5 months old birman, and I read that some of cat wet food has taurine. Please recommend me some which has no taurine, and some healthy food . Thanks
My cat isn't eating cat food but only canned Tuna, what should I do?
I have tried a new food and my cat likes it. It is 'tuna in jelly', from Whiskas. One pouch of 85g, he eats almost all of it (leaves a little bit of it uneaten). I have seen on internet that tuna causes yellow fat disease. Can i feed it to him once a day? Also he is an adult cat. I don't know the exact age(i found him he was a stray and he's been with me ever since.) A picture of pack contents is attached.
