To activate the "real-feel" heartbeat remove the plastic tab to activate the enclosed batteries. Press and hold the button once to turn on the heartbeat for 8 hours. Press and hold the button for 5 seconds to turn on the heartbeat for 24-hour continuous use. Your snuggle puppy will operate in run mode for about two weeks, 24/7 before needing to replace the batteries. Place the heartbeat into the Velcro pocket on the underside of the snuggle puppy (Also, don't forget to remove the heartbeat prior to washing!). Simply hold the button on the heart again for 3-5 seconds to turn the heartbeat off. If you choose to use a disposable heat pack, simply open the package; this will begin the heating process, It typically lasts up to 24 hours. Place the pack into the underside Velcro pocket. If you do not wish to use it for 24 hours, simply seal it in a plastic bag and squeeze out the air to stop the heating process. The average temperature of the heat packs is 126F-144F.
Remove heart and heat pack before washing. Do not use fabric softener.

My dog Mocha has been sad since we adopted her and had grown attached to a squeaky toy. She thinks its a puppy, what can I do to help her?
My dog has severe anxiety. What is some good products I can use to help during fireworks or grooming?
My dog has been acting strange. She acts like she is nervous/scared. She doesn't want to go out side to potty, she constantly licks and sleeps with this panda squeek toy like its a baby. She can't keep it out of her site. I dont know what to do
I have a 4 year old chihuahua and poodle mix who I believe is having a pseudo pregnancy. She has become overly attached to a stuffed animal and stays in a corner with it for most of the day. She has even become aggressive over the toy and isn’t eating as she should because she doesn’t want to leave it. I have taken the toy multiple times, but every time I do, she cries throughout the night. Should I let her mother the toy or take it away? (she isn’t swollen or producing milk)
Is there any good dental toys for puppies? My puppy has bad breath
I'm struggling to find toys that are fun and suitable for my 9 month old gsd pup. I have a kong, a kong ring and a couple of rope toys. He seems to like the kong for a little and the rope toys are fun for tug of war. I have children with stuffed animals and I don't want him to attribute those to chew toys if I get puppy toys that looked like stuffed animals...Also for chew time are Bully sticks the safest/best thing I can give him or do you have any recommendations for that as well?
My puppy has severe separation anxiety and I need help
Hi I just purchased a 2 year old dachshund a week ago. I was told by the breeder he liked crinkle toys, but he has shown no interest in toys, raw hides, or chews. Can I do anything to get him interested in these? I am worried that he cannot entertain himself when I am away because he pretty much follows me around everywhere or sits by me. I would like him to have toys that interest and make him happy when I cannot be with him all day. Do you have any tips on what I can do?Thank you!
We have a 1 year old female pit bull mix and occasionally she likes to bunch up one of her blankets and stuff it in her mouth and she seems to simply suck on it while her paws sometimes kneed the blanket around her, like kittens do when nursing. Tonight I just realized she's been at it for almost 2 hours and much more furiously than before. She wouldn't let the blanket out of her mouth for me and was leaning on me like she would if a leg was injured. Is this a sign she's in pain?
I want to buy my puppy some type of aid to help him cope with being alone for 2-3 hours. I'm torn between the Adaptil diffuser and particular paws chewables. Please help.
Hello, my dog Bradley is approx. 6 years old, a rescue and gets separation anxiety and nervousness in stressful situations such as groomer. He has a mild heart murmur and the Vet originally prescribed a Prozac which I’m not comfortable with. I went to a local pet store and they recommended this pet treat as it has natural ingredients. Would this be okay to give to him before grooming? Thank you, Lisa
