To activate the "real-feel" heartbeat remove the plastic tab to activate the enclosed batteries. Press and hold the button once to turn on the heartbeat for 8 hours. Press and hold the button for 5 seconds to turn on the heartbeat for 24-hour continuous use. Your snuggle puppy will operate in run mode for about two weeks, 24/7 before needing to replace the batteries. Place the heartbeat into the Velcro pocket on the underside of the snuggle puppy (Also, don't forget to remove the heartbeat prior to washing!). Simply hold the button on the heart again for 3-5 seconds to turn the heartbeat off. If you choose to use a disposable heat pack, simply open the package; this will begin the heating process, It typically lasts up to 24 hours. Place the pack into the underside Velcro pocket. If you do not wish to use it for 24 hours, simply seal it in a plastic bag and squeeze out the air to stop the heating process. The average temperature of the heat packs is 126F-144F.
Remove heart and heat pack before washing. Do not use fabric softener.

My dog Mocha has been sad since we adopted her and had grown attached to a squeaky toy. She thinks its a puppy, what can I do to help her?
Hello, I have a 10 yr old indoor-only spayed female cat with no health problems. A month ago I introduced a neutered 13 wk old male kitten to the home. Both cats tolerate meals together and share one litter box w/o issues, but my older cat otherwise ignores the kitten most of the day, despite his efforts to play--older cat will growl/hiss, then usually run away. I was wondering what your professional opinion is on using holistic "essences" or oils to reduce stress for my old girl? Do they work?
My fat cat is not very active and I don't know what toys to use-she usually play's with a small rubber type of toy but she sometimes eats the heads off She has a rubber grape she carries around Is this bad? Any toy recommendations?
how to make happy my cat
My kitten is the anxious type in general. Today I decided to buy a litter box with a hood and door because she makes a mess in her other grey litter box despite having a large mat to capture the excess litter. I tried removing the lid for her so she can get used to it. What could I do to help her use her new litter box?
Can I use cat nip as a way to calm my puppy? He has a tough time faling asleep at night.
I have a 3 month old shelter kitten. Weighs about 3lbs. Went through a biting& scratching stage. I have marks all over. Now he wants to suckle all the time. Help!
Hi,my female cats are getting old and started to protect themselves from other cats and constantly hitting and scratching my male cat,who loves them much and now is feeling very depressed from their behavior,he also recently got scared from plush toy mouse and week after that he can't forget it,now he jumps and ran away from every object, how can I reduce these two stresses for him in a healthy way because he's very stressed now, he's very emotional sensitive and timid animal by nature, thank you
My cat had a canine tooth extracted Friday and vet said he needs to be on wet food for 2 weeks so he doesn’t rip the stitches. He’s an indoor/outdoor cat forced to be indoors for that time (my neighbors leave kibble out). He’s already getting depressed. What can I do to keep him happy and yet still protect the healing mouth? Most of his toys he can’t play w because they hard. We play laser at night and catch during the day but he seems sad. We go for short walks outside. I need help thx!
My family has been capturing feral kittens for years. I caught this little boy on halloween. It took me a while to get hin close enough. We have now had him a week and he purrs instantly with me. But he doesn't play. When i let him out of his cage he goes into a corner and doesn't move. He has had medicine for worms, flea treatment, and ear mites. But it's almost like he is depressed and I don't know how to get him out of it.
My dog has severe anxiety. What is some good products I can use to help during fireworks or grooming?
