I'm just not sure it says multipet is there two of them or one in the pack
- I think multi-pet means that it is suitable for more than one pet in your household. Item is suitable for a variety of pets. It doesn't refer to how many are in the package which is in this case one.

She's not shaking anymore, she's acting some what normal, she's just still walking real slow and bloated. But she doesn't seem to be in pain.
