Dog (Lab Retriever) liked it. Although, within a day or two after receiving it, Lola (the dog) managed to rip open main stomach seam and puncture one Lion paw and an ear. Goal was to gut it--- as has been done with every Kong stuffed toy we've gotten over the last year. The Lion Chew Dog is now hidden away... awaiting second hand-mending by me.

The "fur" on this toy is far too easy to pull out and compromises its durability. Almost immediately after giving it to her, my 7-month-old borderdoodle had already started pulling out tufts of the orange fur, and within 5 minutes, she managed to pull two seams completely open. Don't waste your money on this terribly designed toy unless you have a dog with no teeth.

Omigosh my boy LOVES his lion! I got him one before and he's played and fetched and chewed until the stuffing came out. He finally got the squeaker out, so it's time for a new one. This one lasted almost a year, and is one of his safety toys. He'll carry it outside and if he forgets it when he comes in, he has to go back outside and rescue it. 10/10 absolutely recommend!

Did not last more than 5 minutes once I got it out of the box. Tail chewed all the way off and the orange hair of the main sheds all over. My dog can be rough on toys, but the Kong cozzies keep him busy for months so i expected way longer out of this!

This didn't last 5 minutes. My dog is a chewer but this has been the absolute worst toy ever. Extremely poorly made. Do not recommend.

I bought the lion recently because I have purchased a couple other Kong cozie animals for my GSD/Husky mix puppy preciously and he loved them. The only down side of the lion one is that he is hair and my dog rips all his hair out and eats it. Otherwise it is very sturdy and it’s currently his favorite toy.
