I purchased this bed online, it never showed up, I contacted customer service, they canceled my order, told me I’d get a refund, still don’t have a refund for a bed and I’ve talked to several different people now and they all say different things. It’s very frustrating

We use a large laundry basket for our Boston Terrier when we drive. Cheap, but works great. We had towels, but they kept getting messed up. I wanted a comfortable pad for the bottom. This pad fit perfectly, but also slipped back and forth. I had to place a piece of rubber shelf liner under it, and now it's great.

I just bought 2 of these beds. Very disappointed in the support of these beds. They're very thin and it hasn't added much support for my large dog. There isn't any orthopedic foam in it, more like sponge than foam. There's no retention when pressed, its not orthopedic. I would have forked out the extra money to have a better quality bed.

The bed is great. Fits perfectly in the kennel. The service was horrible. Waited in line for 40 minutes only one cashier and 4 other workers were standing around talking and laughing!

Have 4 dogs all rescues in a small house. Sometimes it's "musical-beds" when time to turn in with one always getting the short end. Needed to add one more to the set and no one else had the right kind to match some I'd bought years ago. Almost gave up but then returned to original store those came from and voila! Not only a perfect fit, but improved in the extreme! Even softer, fuller, more comfy. And just the right size. Exactly what I'd been looking for.

I purchased it for my frenchie puppy to use inside his crate, he accidentally eliminated on it, I washed the liner but the foam was stained and no way from cleaning it. Days after the foam rotted and broke inside the liner. Each time I washed the liner more pieces of the foam ripped I ended up throwing it away. It was waste of $24.00 at the store but online it was selling for less then $7.00. Great for house broken dogs and not for training puppies.

Got this less than 2 months ago. It fit the crate perfectly and my Yorkie seemed to love it. But the second time I removed the cover and washed it on a gentle cycle the seams frayed when I slipped it back on the foam! I’m very disappointed and won’t purchase this brand again since they seem to have lax quality standards.
