Little did I know that the kennel I purchased was “used” before it was sold to me. I opened the box and found pet hair on the kennel tray. I am not a happy customer. BUYER BEWARE!

We ordered a crate tot take on vacation and it never arrived. Unfortunately it was marked returned to sender . When I called to see why I was told by one of your reps that we refused delivery. This is untrue we were home waiting for the delivery and it never arrived. Then was told it would take up to nine days to get a refund. Very unhappy with the service and the inconvenience of then having to try to find another crate at the last minute.

Instructions adequate but look intently at how panels can lock into other panels unintentionally.. dogs love crates..go in and out on own..take their naps in them on their own..allows me to leave them comfortably in air conditioned home instead of car while I run an errand..avoids unpleasantness of a false complaint and felony damage to your car by a less than honest do gooder seeking 15 minutes of fame..you should buy one

This was a perfect fit for our dachshund which we use only for our car trips. The assembly was really just pulling up the sides. And we opted for delivery since it was only available at a Petco that was a bit of distance away. So glad they had the delivery option. I might use it for other products as well.

Bought a LARGE for my Siberian husky. It more like a small to medium size. Way to SMALL. Would fit a small dog comfortably not a med-large dog Like the strength of bars & easy open & lock, UNLESS you have a dog that knows how to lift the door on its own to escape (which I have 2 that do)

Easy to set up, strong wire. Easy to open & close. Side door is handy to reach pet, bowls, etc when things or pet stay in the back. Also can set up the crate to use either door
