I chose the flat bar because I was worried my chickens wouldn't be able to keep their balance with the thin bar. My chickens love it and it is made with quality wood. I have not concerns with my chickens on it.

My neighbors enjoy our chicken swing. I bought them one just as a joke because they do not even have chickens but I always catch them laughing at our girls swinging. Neat product!

This is the first swing I have boughten for my chickens, but I think I need to buy more. My chickens really enjoy the swings, but I will say it takes a minute for the chickens to get warmed up to the swings. Be patience, once they figure it out they are on it a lot!
