No matter your personal style, it may be hard to envision cat trees and towers fitting seamlessly into your interior design aesthetic. Not anymore. In fact, modern cat tree furniture is designed to have a clean, aesthetically appealing look that won’t make your living space feel cluttered.
Cat trees can be a wonderful choice—for your cat’s well-being and yours. They’re great solutions for lots of reasons, including:
Cats like to keep an eye on the world around them, so the best place for cat trees and towers is somewhere spacious with a nearby window. Positioning your modern cat furniture against a wall or in a corner can provide structural stability and help make it less likely to be bumped into or over. Ideal locations include living rooms or bedrooms. And keeping cat toys near your wooden cat tree may make your favorite feline feel even more at home
The quality of a cat tree’s construction and your cat’s personal habits will help determine how often your luxury cat furniture needs to be replaced. Pay attention to things like whether the cat tree is getting wobbly, if any parts appear loose, whether the exterior is highly scratched up or how dirty it is. While your cat’s litter box and some accessories should be replaced every year or so, you’re likely to get multiple years of use out of your modern cat tree.
The best cat towers are well crafted, provide plenty of space for your cat to climb and rest and fit the aesthetic of your dwelling. Petco’s modern cat furniture can look right at home in your living area and help give your cat a hangout all their own.

My kitten likes to scratch my wooden chair, doors, and occasionally the door frames. I bought her a wooden cat scratcher with catnip and all she does is bite, sleeps, and lays on it. Do you have any recommendations on what would be a good scratching post? Sisal rope, Sisal carpet, and etc?
Hi! We have this cat room (pictures attached) because they don't get along with Pharah. Is the cat room okay? We can't really afford any cat "furniture" right now or the doggy gates so we have a long chair in front. Dog doesn't go there and cats can still see the living room. Is the placement of food (on top of the table) and litter (under table next to each other) good? Should we add more things to the room? Also they only go out of the room when dog is away, like walks.
I am going to purchase a cat bed for my cat soon, I wanted to take a proffesional's advise on where to place my cat bed (please look at attached photos). My cat's favourite place to nap and relax is either the bed or the cat tree, recently the bed more. When shes not napping, she spends time at the kitchen window watching birds and people walking. Otherwise she's playing and running around with her toys.
got 2 kitties 1 is 22 lbs other is 8, they need a window seat, I live way out in the country no shops, last 1 I bought was lousy, do you know of a good one, thank you so much for your time
My cat has a habit of jumping on furniture and I was wondering if there was some wood safe repellent I could use to keep her from jumping on it when I’m not home
What can i do to keep my cats from scratching on leather furniture?
Our cat is chewing up our furniture and expensive handmade blankets. He can chew a cardboard box down to nothing. He also drools a lot. We are desperate for solutions.
My cat is super active at night for a few days, she keeps scratching the sofa and running around. She is spayed. We have two scratching cardboards and a cat tree for her. We just moved to a new apartment for 3 weeks and she seems accommodating quite well for the new environment.
My cat will not stop scratching our new stair carpet. He did it with the old ine too. We have posts and mats for him but he prefers the stairs. Anything we can do to stop him?
We recently replaced the carpeting in our house with hardwood floors. My 13-year-old healthy cat likes to jump up/down the furniture and shelves and I worry that the impact of the landings is hard on his joints. Should I buy rugs for him to land on? If so, what products would be helpful?
How do you stop a cat from chewing on house plants
My kitten Cleo just got her new cat scratcher a week ago but hasn't used it for scratching yet. It has a toy attached and she loves to play with that but not scratch. How can I get her to scratch it instead of my pants or couch?
