We lost one of the panels in a move. How do I go about getting a replacement?
- Seems to me like zuvila became unavailable and has been replaced by a different brand of the same thing? Or at least that's how it looked to me online a year ago when I wanted another one. If you can't get the right panel from zoovilla, maybe you or someone can make one out of like particle board heavy particle board apply wood or wood? Will be easy to make it the right dimensions, and I think the challenge would be how to stabilize it when the clip that keeps it in place isn't working but there's probably a way to rig that.

Would one be able to put a comfortable mat/bed for kitty on the shelves?
- The shelves are large enough for the right size pad. Just secure them so kitty doesn’t slip if pad moves during play.

What is the distance from one platform to the next? My senior cat has trouble jumping/climbing on standard cat trees, so if this one is more stair like, maybe it would work
- There is a foot between levels. My cats are on the younger side and climb easily from level to level, but they don't like this as much as a standard cat tree.

I have big fat cats - how big are the platforms? Sturdy enough to hold a 20 lb Fat cat? Thanks
- Each platform can hold approximately 44lbs. The platform sizes are as follows from the top to the bottom: 13.78"D x 17.91"W 13.78"D x 17.91"W 13.78"D x 24.02"W 13.78"D x 37.40"W

What is a) the height of the top platform, and b) the total height to the top of the side supports when assembled? Is it correct that the overall width from the outside edge to outside edge of the side supports is 16.85" when assembled?
- Hi Phoebe 2 - the total height is 60.24″H, the outside length and wide of the unit is 16.85″W x 40.16″L. The height to the top of the highest shelf is approx 52".

Is the dimension of 16.85” for the part of the ladder where the shelves are (where steps would have been on a regular ladder)?

Can the material that is on the shelves be removed or replace when soiled or damaged? if so Do you supply the material if damaged?
- The carpet material on the shelves cannot be removed as it is adhered to the wood.

Hi! We have this cat room (pictures attached) because they don't get along with Pharah. Is the cat room okay? We can't really afford any cat "furniture" right now or the doggy gates so we have a long chair in front. Dog doesn't go there and cats can still see the living room. Is the placement of food (on top of the table) and litter (under table next to each other) good? Should we add more things to the room? Also they only go out of the room when dog is away, like walks.

I have about 75 cats(joke), nine inside. I know... all neutered. one outside 99%-neutered. Steven, out, comes in only bad weather cause Bruce, bully, and Charlotte, bully, all want to jump him. problem, I think is territory. Bruce pees in my room CONSTANTLY. idiot Charlotte pees DIRECTLY on my pine paneling...LIKE A BOY!!! I put that cat per remover stuff out constantly. they are rotting my bedroom floor and the ammonia smell is like toxic fumes. please help me
I am building my cat a cat tree, using a branch from a tree for part of it. My question is is there anything I can use on the wood, or the branch that would be cat safe? I mean in terms of stain, or sealer, or varnish, etc. Any recommendations of cat friendly products, to seal or preserve the pieces of the cat tree, would be dearly appreciated!
My cat’s got a cat tree that’s 2m tall. She sleeps on the highest bit. Her food bowl is on the second highest level. And her water fountain is on the floor. She doesn’t play with the tree or outside of it at all. she only climbs it to sleep and eat. I've moved and to get my cat acclimated I've decided I'm going to crate him while we are working. The crate i have is 42"x28"x30", with a dual level. Will this be enough space for my cat?
