Nice looking, solid piece of furniture. I like that it folds away if we have guests (it's in our dining room). Cats love it. I only wish that there was a way to replace the carpet pads. One of our cats loves to scratch it (which is what its purpose is).

Great cat tree! Much nicer looking than regular carpeted trees, yet plenty of sleeping, scratching and climbing areas still. Quite sturdy as well!

Three bags of styrofoam. One of three cats spent a few hours on it one night. Overpriced. Suitably heavy. Easy enough to assemble. Questionable on many fronts.

Pretty easy to put together! The little white plus to hide all the screws are a pain though, some of them were coming out so we just tapped them with a rubber mallet/hammer. My cat is obsessed and stays on it on the patio all day!

Super easy to assemble, very sturdy and well-made Carpeting is easy to clean and also works as scratching posts. If carpeting should ever need replacing it would be easy to do. Tall enough to put at any window so cats can watch outdoor happenings.

I was skeptical in buying this Zoovilla Cat Tree/Ladder due to the reviews. After delivery, I found that it is not flimsy & well-made. It easily holds my 9 lb cat & should be strong enough to hold heavier cats. It was a quick easy assemble, is easily moved & looks nice in my apartment. The only negative is that my cat uses the steps as scratchers so I’m sure I’ll have to replace the carpeting in the future. It was a great buy, thanks PetCo.

We lost one of the panels in a move. How do I go about getting a replacement?
- Seems to me like zuvila became unavailable and has been replaced by a different brand of the same thing? Or at least that's how it looked to me online a year ago when I wanted another one. If you can't get the right panel from zoovilla, maybe you or someone can make one out of like particle board heavy particle board apply wood or wood? Will be easy to make it the right dimensions, and I think the challenge would be how to stabilize it when the clip that keeps it in place isn't working but there's probably a way to rig that.

Would one be able to put a comfortable mat/bed for kitty on the shelves?
- The shelves are large enough for the right size pad. Just secure them so kitty doesn’t slip if pad moves during play.

What is the distance from one platform to the next? My senior cat has trouble jumping/climbing on standard cat trees, so if this one is more stair like, maybe it would work
- There is a foot between levels. My cats are on the younger side and climb easily from level to level, but they don't like this as much as a standard cat tree.

What is a) the height of the top platform, and b) the total height to the top of the side supports when assembled? Is it correct that the overall width from the outside edge to outside edge of the side supports is 16.85" when assembled?
- Hi Phoebe 2 - the total height is 60.24″H, the outside length and wide of the unit is 16.85″W x 40.16″L. The height to the top of the highest shelf is approx 52".

Is the dimension of 16.85” for the part of the ladder where the shelves are (where steps would have been on a regular ladder)?

Can the material that is on the shelves be removed or replace when soiled or damaged? if so Do you supply the material if damaged?
- The carpet material on the shelves cannot be removed as it is adhered to the wood.

Can this item be placed in an outdoor area with some overhead shelter? (so no MDF or cardboard - as it will swell)
- Some MDF is used in the manufacturing of this item. It is designed for indoor use only.
