could it be that Zymox ear exema drops cause my cat's eye pupils to over-dilate? i may have spritzed too much Zymox in voth her ears. or the fault was someone and something else . please let me know what you think about too much Zymox in her ears. thanks very much. obviously we can get to Dr. Fal at Fitzgerald's Veterinary if we have to. her eyes are better, but not okay after 17 hours. i thought it seems like belladonna and know i didn't give her Belladonna unless that's what Zymox is?
My dos is a beagle. She is suffering an inflammation on her left ear's pinna or ear flap. This inflammation looks like if she has water inside or retainning liquid, like an small ball of water. She have had an otitis during last 2 weeks. Is it this related to her otitis and what medicine do I have to give her to reduce this inflamation? For the otitis I have used zymox and washing her ear every day.
i took my 8 year old Vizsla/pit bull mix to the Vet a year ago, because she constantly shakes her head(like a wet dog would do) They found no ear infection, but still prescribed an ear gel called Zymox Otic. It didnt help, in fact, she lost her hearing for a few days, so I stopped giving it to her. She still shakes her head constantly, and itches her ears slowly. It really bothers her. Any clue as to the cause of this? Vet bills can be costly, so I thought I would ask here. Thank you! -Casey
My poor dog suffers from bad yeast infections in the ears. I can't get her to a vet for at least a couple weeks and I found this product online and I want to make sure it's safe to use in her yeast infection in her ears. The product is called ILIUM EAR DROPS 20ml. They contain the following: Dichlorophen 5mg/mL, Lignocaine HCI 5mg/mL, Piperonyl butoxide 5mg/mL, Pyrethrins 500µg/mL
Ozzy has recently had dermititis on his testicles. Vet prescribed Bayroxin, Relaxozyme and Allergia. It healed completely but now there's a sudden infection/allergy on his face below the ears, it's red, pus oozes now and then. There is hair loss as well.
My cocker spaniel has awful issues with allergies. When she gets a flare up it starts in her ear and then becomes systemic through her sticking her paws in her ears and then licking her paws. We are now dealing with a yeast infection of her skin. Currently using malacetic shampoo to bathe her, but that doesn't seem to deter the growth. She has licked herself raw in areas. Last night we bought a hot spot foam and a collar to deter licking. Any suggestions on other treatments for the yeast?
My 3 year old lab has a infection between his toes . I'm currently applying WOKAZOLE PLUS twice daily as instructed by the vet but it's not helping . The infection comes and goes it's been 6 months now. Please advice another medication.
Injections used to remove and treat maggot larvae??? It's starting to spread on my dogs legs... near its nails . Name of the injection and it's usage?
How can I diagnosis it's bacterial or fungal infections inside bini's paw(left paw). I am using antibiotics lexin tablet from past 10 days prescribed by a doctor but it is not much effective. The medicine as written on backside is anti bacterial and not effective against fungal infections...the disease continuing from past 2 months. Also applying almizol lotion..but it seems she still has pain and redness doesn't have cured yet..
Rx for diarrhea in a dog
My dog (westie) has an ear infection (outer ear) and the vet gave her malacetic aural to cleanse and cortavance cortisone to treat the infected ear for 7 days. Is this a good treatment?
