What type of cream can be used as antifungal cream for cats? For a ringworm.
Hi, my cat has had this fungus in her ears for the past few weeks. I’ve been putting some cortisone cream, but she hates it. What can I giver her?
Can I safely use hydrocortisone on my 13 pound, 10 year old cat?
My cat started scratching her face and ears until she was bloody and scabbed. A trip to the vet was no help. I started her on Cetirizine 5mg daily, and her face and ears healed well except for the area under her chin. For some reason that area is still affected. Would a topical medication help? Do you have any suggestions? Thank you!
Is peroxide and antibiotic ointment allowed to be used on a cat for a small wound
My cat was smelling, then I noticed a wound below the right ear with pus coming out. It is a red wet wound. We gave him Almox-250 (Amoxicillin) for 5-6 days. And applied Hydrogen Peroxide, then, coconut oil with turmeric, both using a 2ml syringe (without the needle). Now the wound has become small, but there is a swelling above the wound.
I took my cat, Sammy, to a vet for a sore butt. his stool is runny & sticks to his fur. His butt smells & is inflamed. I am going to try to bath him today & I would like to know if I can use cortizone 10 cream on his butt to keep him from sliding his butt accross the living room rug?
Can my nursing cat with 5 day old kittens have topical flea medicine
Can I put cortisone on my cats skin. He has a little spot (itchy) that is red and irritated.
Lina has allergies and sees a dermatologist. She takes antihistamine, gets an RX bath one time a week, and I use chlorohexine wipes on sores. We will be doing allergy testing soon. She has been biting her foot and itching her face and now has some scabs on her face and her foot is raw/wet. We did cytopoint last week and she’s itching less but her paw is still really bad. Anything else we can do besides the wipes? If so I’ll see my regular vet until we see the dermatologist.
Hello, Is it possible for a kitten taking a topical antifungal medicine to have a bit of a dihrrea to fight the infection??
I've been giving my female cat a topical amoxicillin for a puncture wound to help prevent infection, she has kittens (11-12wks.) Is it safe for them to nurse her while she is/has been using it?
