Yes, treat dispensing toys can be a great way to keep your dog entertained and mentally stimulated. They can also help to redirect potentially destructive behaviors, such as chewing or barking. Look for toys that are specifically designed for dogs, such as those with ridges or bumps that can make it harder for the treats to come out.
The best treat dispensing dog toy varies depending on the size and activity level of your dog. Popular options include the Reddy Occupy Dispenser, the KONG Extreme Dog Toy, and the West Paw Qwizl Treat Assorted Dog Chew Toy.
Treat dispensing toys can be filled with a variety of things, such as treats, kibble, or even peanut butter. Experiment with different fillings to find what your dog likes best. Be sure to use small treats or pieces that are sized appropriately for the toy so that your dog can get them out.

I have an older yellow lab that gets bored really easily. He gets bored with kongs and is an extreme chewer so rawhides or other chewies disappear SUPER fast! He is very intelligent and I was thinking of getting him a puzzle toy that involves treats as he is EXTREMELY food motivated! Since he's so smart should I still start him on the most basic puzzle or try something harder? I don't want to waste money on toys he'll go through really fast. And are there any other sorts of toys you can suggest?
What are some of the best Dental treats for dogs
Could you recommend a good brand of toys, treats or bones for puppies who are teething?
What training treats should I give chewy
Sara is a very active hyper dog So lately we bought her a Kong Type Toy to help keep her busy what's a good low calorie filling for the toy that I can do at home that is safe to use everyday or almost everyday
What is the best feeding mechanism to put the dog's meal for 15-30 min then take it or leave it all the day for the dog to eat as she want?
What is the best brand for training treats for my dog?
My dog will chew on his blanket but not his chew toys. How can I get him to like or use his chew toys?
My dog is a 1 year old chihuahua. When she is eating kibble, it’s fine, but when I’m feeding her treats or something, she doesn’t chew and just swallows. I’ve tried giving her a little at a time and waiting for a while and then giving her another one, but she still doesn’t chew. I don’t know how to fix this problem. I’ve seen dog bowls online that help dogs eat slowly, but I don’t need them because she doesn’t chew when I give her treats when training.
What is the best and safest chew toy for a 7 month old Bassett?
I'm struggling to find toys that are fun and suitable for my 9 month old gsd pup. I have a kong, a kong ring and a couple of rope toys. He seems to like the kong for a little and the rope toys are fun for tug of war. I have children with stuffed animals and I don't want him to attribute those to chew toys if I get puppy toys that looked like stuffed animals...Also for chew time are Bully sticks the safest/best thing I can give him or do you have any recommendations for that as well?
Sara is not very toy or praise oriented. What are your favorite lowish value and super high value treats? *for training. I love pig ears to but I can only do them once in a while because my dogs make a huge mess out of the house
