I have bought 2 parrot cichlids about 20 days ago. One of the parrot fish is constantly hiding behind the filter. Eating well but when it comes out to swim the other parrot fish keeps pinching it and doesn't allow to it to move around in the tank. I don't understand the problem. Please suggest what to do. Also the color of the fish is bit dull as compared to other one.

Chronos (my fish) seems to have a sore and a missing scale under his top fin, and up till now his top and bottom fins have sections that are see through but doesn't present any of the symptoms of fin or tail rot. He is in his "hospital" tank with bettafix and salt. I don't really know where to go from here
