The Tuxedo Damsel's activity in the aquarium makes them really fun to watch! The damsel fish is one of the easiest fish to keep and thus an awesome recommendation for new marine hobbyists. The aggression damsels are so famous for gets distributed better when there are more fish for them to "argue" with. These are a "can't miss" addition to any tank that doesn't have a lot of small timid fish. They eat flake and pellet foods within hours of dropping them in the tank. These are safe for reef aquarium and remain small enough for average hobbyist's aquariums. This damsel is found in Fiji and is very sustainably caught. They have an adult size of about 2" but can get more aggressive as they grow so they should not be housed with other Tuxedos.

ACCLIMATION: Avoid exposing new aquatic life to bright lights after opening the box. Turn off aquarium lights prior to floating aquatic life. Allow the sealed bag with your new fish to float in your aquarium for at least 15 minutes (but no longer than one hour) to ensure the water in the bag matches the temperature in your aquarium. A bacteria booster addition can assist with the addition of new aquatic life. Petco offers free water testing in store to determine if your water is safe for the addition of new aquatic life. DIET: A well-balanced diet consists of a variety of flakes, pellets, freeze-dried and frozen foods, depending on the species. FEEDING: Feed sparingly and no more than fish can eat in 1-2 minutes. Overfeeding can quickly foul the water, especially in smaller aquariums.
If we need to contact you for any reason about your order, shipping of your package may be affected. Once your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email with your order summary. Orders are subject to verification of payment information by phone or email. We ship for arrival to the customer Tuesday through Friday and Saturday for an extra charge where available.

Hello. My turtle has a red stain/mark along her "lip" on the left hand side. Tried cleaning it with a qtip but it didn't come off. This must have appeared within the last 2-3 days. She lives outside in a filtered and heated pond with my other (male) turtle and they sometimes fight over food, she also randomly bites hard things. I give them kale/spinach/fruit and they hunt slugs, snails and other insects. She's acting completely normal and feeding fine. Is this an injury or is it something else?
My last has some light blue spots in outer part of ears
I'm wondering if you think my dragon may be mixed between a couple different types. He has purple, yellow, nd orange colors on him.
I cannot tell if my baby leapord gecko is a boy or a girl. I need assistance please :)!
Hello i have a parrot with bald head and chest feathers are fluffy
My female betta fish has a white ring around her eye. Is this a early stage of popeye?
i dont know if my terrapin is a male or female. i used to thought its a female until i recently just brought in a new terrapin and my older terrapin is starting to vibrate it's claws on the other's face some people said its the mating dance but some said its a sign of aggression and may result in biting and fighting especially if both are males. so i dont know if they're of different genders or both are males. the older one is 7 month old and the other one is almost a month i think.
I have two male fish guppies. One of them seems to have like a wired black spot on its belly (in the middle of its body). Is this normal? Could it be a disease? Any cure to this? I’m worried. Also it has a little bit of white on its tail :(
Hi, my cosmo goldfish' scales have small bumps underneath and I do not have any pet stores/veterinary offices to help near me. Would you be able to tell me what is going on with him? I have attached photos of him to give a visual. I am unsure why the third one may show up upside down and I apologize.

I have 3 painted turtles that were recused from being throw out on a frozen pond Jan 2017 I got a 75 gallon tank and though every one would be happy- One is as big as open hand the other are the size of my fist -One of the smaller ones latched on the the bigger one and I had a had time getting her loose- all girls-were they fighting?
We just tranferred Joey from a 40 Gallon Tank to a new 90+ Gallon Terrain... He seemed to be pretty happy till today. We noticed right before we changed tanks that he had some dark coloration on his left side and tip of his tail.. He was shedding at the time so we figured it was part of it.. It has yet to go away, and today he seems VERY active, mostly attempting to climb the glass of the tank. I have attached a photo, Thank You in advance! ~Robert~
