Cats are sometimes prone to urinary issues. If you have a cat, chances are you might have to tend to your cat’s urinary care with medicine, special foods or urinary health cat treats at some point. While having a sick pet can be discouraging, Petco’s cat deals can ease the strain of caring for an ailing kitty.
Urinary infections are not uncommon in cats. If your cat seems under the weather, keep an eye out for the following symptoms, which could be signs of a urinary problem:
If you notice any of these symptoms, it’s time to consult a veterinarian. In addition to the treatment plan recommended by your vet, you may want to incorporate cat urinary treats into your kitty’s daily care in order to help stave off future infections.
Cats who have experienced urinary health issues may benefit from a special diet. The top cat food formulations for UTI-prone felines have specially balanced ingredients that provide the right nutrition to support a healthy urinary tract. Too much or too little of certain minerals in your cat’s food can lead to the formation of bladder stones, and some cats may benefit from wet food for increased hydration and a lower risk of urinary infection. Talk to your vet about the right food for your cat’s urinary health, and count on Petco when you’re ready to find the best supplement for cat urinary health for your feline friend.

How can I help my cats urinary blockage
How can I prevent a UTI for my cat? He was blocked and had to go to the vet and it wiped us financially. We can not afford to do that again. How can we keep this from happening again?
An adult, spayed calico female cat of unknown age that I was given has, I believe, a UTI. Today & yesterday, Kitty has gone into the litter box or into a box or onto a paper, sits a long while poised to urinate, and then leaves after passing a few drops of urine, sometimes tinged with blood. Our vet has no hours until Monday morning. I have had UTIs and I empathize with Kitty. She must be in pain as I was. What do I do for her or to her until Monday ? Use human pills? THANKS.
I believe my cat has an UTI
Make Cat has been straining to pee and peeing not in litter box, is on urinary food non prescription, pee is small amounts also received probiotics and gets urinary treats mostly wet food and walnut litter, access to water and fountain. Has had it clear before with antibiotics,
My cat is showing symptoms of urinary issues. She has been frequently trying to urinate but sometimes nothing comes out or it is very little and had a couple accidents outside of the litter box. I am unable to get an appointment at the vet for about a week. I want to know if there is anything i can do to offer her some relief or potentially fix the issue before our vet appointment.
My cat has a UTI and she has really bad car anxiety and instead of taking her to the vet, I was going to try the Well & Good Urinary Support Cat Chews first. Is this what you would recommend?
How to care a cat with urinary tract infection ,difficulty in peeing at home? please dont tell me to visit a vet .We dont have vet in our village.
My vet had me switch my cats diet to prescription cat food for urinary care but she won’t eat her dry food after mixing it with the urinary care dry food but is eating the wet food for urinary care.
Hi My male cat who is turning 7 years this October got a urinary tract bloackage on 21st of March and was treated and on catheter for about a week. He still strains to urinate at odd palces and passes urine dropwise. He also developed constipation and recent blood report showd he has got a viral infection. Urine report taken on 13th came positive to few granular casts and 30 protein level. Blood report taken on the same day had decreased creatinine level(1.18mg/dl). Thanks!
